Delivery

Items which are in stock will be dispatched as quickly as possible but please allow seven days for delivery.

Where possible, goods will be sent via UK Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

Please ensure that shipping addresses are entered correctly. We can  accept no responsibility for any shipping charges due to unclaimed, lost or wrongly delivered items where this is due to an incorrect address.  

Returns & exchanges

All return postage is the responsibility of the sender unless the product is faulty, in which case it will be refunded, along with the purchase price of the product.

Goods can be exchanged if returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. After this it will be at our discretion, but please contact us if you have any problems with returning goods within this timescale.

The purchase price for returned items will be refunded, minus the original delivery charges.

For exchanges, any difference in price between the original purchase and the replacement item will be payable, or if the replacement is less than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded.

It is recommended that a proof of postage receipt is obtained for any products which are returned. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit.
